For all repair services, we will contact you to discuss the repair and cost upon receipt of the handbag and repair form. Upon approval from you, we will process your payment by sending you an invoice and you can pay via PayPal or by using a credit card to pay. All transactions are processed through PayPal but you don’t’ have to have a PayPal account to pay. Payment must be received prior to doing the repair. Upon completion, your handbag will be returned back to you using FedEx or USPS with minimum insurance unless you indicate otherwise. Timing of the repair will be discussed as well and price will include shipping the item back to you. If you decide not to pursue the repair, a $10 fee will be charged to return the bag unless it’s determined unable to repair due to our company’s inability to repair (if the straps/edging is severely damaged, it’s possible it cannot be repaired).

We repair all brands of handbags providing we can match the color of the edging OR offer a customized color per your request. We will notify you upon receipt if we are unable to do the repair. All brands are welcome.

Depending on the condition of the bag and choice of color, the process can take a few days or up to 1-2 weeks. The estimated time will be discussed upon agreement to provide the service.

Currently we only offer edging repair or custom edging color services. We do not offer any other services at this time.

The basic repair to fix the handle will vary between $25 and $60 that includes shipping the item back to you. You would need to pay to ship the item to us. This is based on the condition of the strap.

To customize your strap to a different color will vary between $30 and $75 that includes shipping the item back to you. You would need to pay to ship the item to us. Some colors and textures may be priced a bit higher but this will all be discussed via email/phone prior to any work being done. There are over 100 colors to choose from and multiple options for custom edging so costs will vary but will be discussed.

There will be a $10 return fee to return the bag to you. You can contact us via phone at 262-347-1767 or email at customerservice@handbagedgerepair.com or fill out the Contact Us form if you would like more information on the repair process. If we are unable to do the repair due to circumstances beyond our ability, we will return the handbag at no charge to you.

We offer many options for Custom Edging. There are over 100 colors to choose from and from there you can also add a glitter/metallic to any color so the options are endless. Perhaps you have a pair of shoes you’d like to match or a dress; we can match to that as well. We ask that you send in the item if you would like to match a color and we will do what we can to match it. All details of custom edging will be discussed via email or phone prior to any work being done. A PDF file is available to download to view all the color choices prior to contacting us.
